What we keep
Account, chart, usage and permission records follow the Privacy notice. This is a development-stage JRL study tool. General use is free; Falit daily limits appear in account settings. Research is not a condition of use.
JRL examinations and JRL certification are private study credentials. Private JRL certification — not a government or UGC degree.
Why
Provide accurate information and store another person's information only when entitled or permitted. Protect your password. Check matching calculation settings and sources; errors are possible. Astrological interpretation guarantees no outcomes and does not replace medical, legal or financial professional advice.
Public pages introduce study and practice only; they provide no private consultation, booking or payment. Do not make cure, guarantee, medical/legal advice or endorsement claims. JRL allows publication but does not check information or qualifications. Usage counts establish neither experience, qualifications nor accuracy. Contribution cards show temporary research status and are not identification or certificates.
The program's AGPL licence and private author rules are separate; follow the applicable licence. Do not misuse private account/rule information or access protections.
No government/UGC recognition is claimed. There is no guarantee of employment, income or astrological outcomes. Enrolment requires an adult flag, confirmed email and current Terms; minors cannot enrol. Submit your own work, do not share answers or impersonate another candidate. Misconduct can lead to revocation with a privately stored reason. Research submissions receive manual rubric-based accept/revise/reject decisions.
How long
Record periods and deletion are explained in Privacy. A changed Terms version asks for acceptance once on the next tool visit, rather than separately for every text. Optional choices remain separate and unticked.
Retention and rights appear in Privacy. Changed Terms require one renewed acceptance. Optional name and badge choices are separate and initially unticked. Credentials do not automatically expire unless the operator sets a period.
Who can see it
Administrators can see private records. Only your chosen public information appears after eligibility, consent and publication. Under-18 use needs parent permission; full parental verification is unavailable. Minors cannot join research, marketing, public profiles or cards.
Only consented chosen name and minimal credential status are public. The question/source bank is private author material; do not copy or redistribute it without authorization.
Prashna computed facts are separate from interpretive conclusions. Conclusions come only from author-reviewed rules; without a matching reviewed rule the display states that rules are under review. Drafts and SAMPLE items are not member advice. Astrology is interpretive guidance with no guaranteed event or result. Seek qualified professionals for medical, legal or financial decisions. Question text and location reach the private account only when you explicitly save a chart. Rule results require sign-in and current Terms; daily and burst limits apply.
Your rights
Withdraw optional choices at any time. Download, correct or request deletion of your information. Earlier public copies may be impossible to recall.
Name correction requests, consent withdrawal, private exports and account deletion are available. Earlier published or printed copies cannot be recalled. Fees and the Refund draft need review before payments launch.
